That’s where I spend my professional life as a chef, fueling athletes and locals alike. But my true culinary heart lives here—exploring the massive, interconnected flavors of the USA, Canada, and Mexico.

Living in the high-altitude beauty of Soda Springs, California, I’ve learned that food is the ultimate border-crosser. I’m fascinated by how a recipe transforms as it moves from the maple-syrup heart of Canada, through the comfort-food belts of the USA, and down to the vibrant, spice-rich street markets of Mexico.
